What do you get?
All purchases include 12 months of email support and updates. You get each release of the purchased product for a whole year at no additional charge. Unlike other vendors we do not charge you extra just to get support or updates.
Licensing FAQ
Do I need to pay royalties?
No, You don't have to pay any royalties or charges for redistribution of the libraries you have purchased. We license on a per-developer basis.
Can I get reseller discount?
To become a reseller you must sell a reasonable volume of our products and actively market our software through your website and/or print media. Contact sales@ag-software.de for more info.
Can I use the product after 12 months?
You can use the purchased license indefinitely. Once your 12 month subscription expires you will no longer receive the latest releases and updates as they occur. When the subscription is expired you can renew it for another 12 month for 30% of the regular price.
Can I modify your source code?
When you purchase the non exclusive source code license you will receive all sources. You can modify the source code and distribute the modified components with your applications. You can also compile our code directly in your executables or XAP files. You are however restricted from reselling the components as a competitor.
What do I get with the non exclusive source code edition?
Because the different MatriX editions share most of the source code you get the source code for all editions when you purchase the non exclusive source edition. You also get license keys for all 3 MatriX editions.
Can I mix binary licences and the source code edition?
No this is not possible. Licesning is always per developer. When you have e.g. 3 developers then you have to decide either on 3 binary or 3 source code licences. You cannot buy 2 binary and 1 source license to get the sources.
